sounds great, i use it all the time. takes a phono preamp or dj mixer and a typical spring reverb tank with RCA jacks on it. if using a dj mixer, adjust the pre and post levels to optimize sound and minimize distortion (if that's what you're going for). use an alligator clip cable to connect the preamp's ground screw to the reverb tank somewhere to eliminate hum.
